Koenraad Biechler vs Yohann Kueker

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Germany-North Rhine-Westphalia promoted show at Palladium, Cologne,  taking place on 21/07/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Germany Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SPORT1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Koenraad Biechler (10(5) - 2) who hails from Karlsruhe, Germany and Yohann Kueker(11 - 2) from Cologne, Germany.  Biechler weighed in at 160 pounds, while Kueker weighed in at 159 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ramond Matern, and the three ringside judges are Koby Schabacker, Adalwine Pfendler and Arnot Jochum.  

Round 1:

Kueker sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kueker throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE KUEKER WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!
