Amer Awan vs Jawad Rajput

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Tehran promoted show at Tehran Jaffer, Tehran,  taking place on 22/07/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Iran Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Amer Awan (10 - 2) who hails from Tehran, Iran and Jawad Rajput(7 - 2) from Karaj, Iran.  Awan weighed in at 129 pounds and 13 ounces, while Rajput weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gazi Mirza, and the three ringside judges are Waqar Akbari, Malik Ben and Irfan Abdou.
