Charles Irungu vs Shontae Perlo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Skype World, Nairobi,  taking place on 15/08/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Kenya-Nairobi Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Charles Irungu (8 - 2(1) - 1) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Shontae Perlo(6 - 4 - 2) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Irungu weighed in at 134 pounds and 12 ounces, while Perlo weighed in at 135 pounds.
