Shaun Bukaka vs Michael Kathrada

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Eastern Cape promoted show at Wilfried Bekker Gym, iBhayi,  taking place on 01/08/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Shaun Bukaka (4 - 5 - 1) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Michael Kathrada(7 - 5) from Port Elizabeth, South Africa.  Bukaka weighed in at 160 pounds, while Kathrada weighed in at 159 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Musa Majola, and the three ringside judges are Udenwa Kpegah, Puleng Bungu and Arnie Verster.
