Rex Carberry vs David Egerton

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New York State promoted show at James Romagnoli Gym, New York City,  taking place on 02/08/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-New York State Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rex Carberry (2 - 8 - 1) who hails from New York City, USA and David Egerton(6 - 7 - 2) from New York City, USA.  Both Carberry and Egerton weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gethin Ranieri, and the three ringside judges are Patrick Moffitt, Gianni Cossutta and Daniel Leask.

Carberry sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Carberry advances into close range.  Egerton connects with a right uppercut.
