Konstantin Povetkin vs Afon Yegerov

Boxing Daily Report from the Tamanyan Promotions promoted show at Tamanyan Gym, Saratov,  taking place on 17/08/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Russia-Saint Petersburg Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Konstantin Povetkin (5 - 5 - 2) who hails from Saint Petersburg, Russia and Afon Yegerov(3 - 10 - 2) from Saint Petersburg, Russia.  Both Povetkin and Yegerov weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fedor Tverdovsky, and the three ringside judges are Dmitri Kowalchuk, Marlen Stankevich and Fedya Solovyov.
