Valeri Samarin vs Borya Koksharov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Moscow Oblast promoted show at Club Milk, Moscow,  taking place on 12/08/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Valeri Samarin (9 - 3(2) - 1) who hails from Moscow, Russia and Borya Koksharov(10 - 5 - 1) from Ufa, Russia.  Both Samarin and Koksharov weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vikenti Varlamov, and the three ringside judges are Andrii Mikhaylov, Fadei Tarasov and Fadei Tarasov.
