Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ireland-Leinster promoted show at John Cary Gym, Drogheda,  taking place on 14/08/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the EU Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Ireland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Lee Murphy (7 - 1) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Alain Van Carpels(12 - 1 - 1) from Tilburg, Netherlands.  Both Murphy and Van Carpels weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fionn Delaney, and the three ringside judges are Rory Finnegan, Shamus Quirke and Thomas McShane.
