Jawad Salam vs Rasim Kuliev

Boxing Daily Report from the Njoroge Promotions promoted show at Baku Topchubashov, Baku,  taking place on 14/08/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jawad Salam (6(1) - 0) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Rasim Kuliev(5 - 2) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Salam and Kuliev weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Syed Azer, and the three ringside judges are Shamil Abdurrahmirov, Israfil Hajiyev and Nurlan Hagverdiyev.
