Juan Rubi vs Alejandro Melchior

Boxing Daily Report from the Zakari Promotions promoted show at Córdoba Jacobo, Córdoba,  taking place on 14/08/2023:

Clearly Zakari Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Argentina-Córdoba Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Publica, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Rubi (9 - 1) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Alejandro Melchior(8 - 1) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Rubi weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces, while Melchior weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rogelio Mosqueda, and the three ringside judges are Leonel Ponciano, Vicente Coito and Sancho Lema.
