Juan Cuervo vs Ovidio Pedro

Boxing Daily Report from the Nunoo Promotions promoted show at Ximen Ferrera Gym, Santa Cruz de la Sierra,  taking place on 15/08/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Bolivia Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Tigo Bolivia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Juan Cuervo (8 - 3 - 3) who hails from Oruro, Bolivia and Ovidio Pedro(5 - 4(1) - 2) from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.  Cuervo weighed in at 129 pounds and 6 ounces, while Pedro weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cuba Badia, and the three ringside judges are Quico Gudino, Juan Vea and Joaquin Obregon.
