Urpo Polon vs Valtteri Petaja

Boxing Daily Report from the Acquaah Promotions promoted show at Pirkkola Ball Hall, Helsinki,  taking place on 19/08/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Finland Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Nelonen, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Urpo Polon (10 - 4) who hails from Helsinki, Finland and Valtteri Petaja(6 - 2) from Oulu, Finland.  Both Polon and Petaja weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jori Puttonen, and the three ringside judges are Valtteri Laitila, Valdemar Makela and Gideon Laitinen.  

Round 1:
