Venacio Capetillo vs Rodrigo Cancel

Boxing Daily Report from the Ngwenya Promotions promoted show at Saltillo Licona, Saltillo,  taking place on 08/09/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Mexico-Distrito Federal Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Venacio Capetillo (10 - 1 - 3) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Rodrigo Cancel(8 - 6) from Mexico City, Mexico.  Capetillo weighed in at 235 pounds, while Cancel weighed in at 243 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Esteban Cevallos, and the three ringside judges are Hernan Ocon, Zelipe Avendano and Angel Estopinal.
