Canon Ndongo vs Gerald Yankep

Boxing Daily Report from the Badalian Promotions promoted show at Maroua de Pizan, Maroua,  taking place on 09/09/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Cameroon-Centre Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Canon Ndongo (9 - 6 - 2) who hails from Yaoundé, Cameroon and Gerald Yankep(7 - 6 - 2) from Yaoundé, Cameroon.  Ndongo weighed in at 112 pounds, while Yankep weighed in at 111 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Benedict Ekwe, and the three ringside judges are Oriel Melaga, Leggett Ostheimer and Boswell Roussel.
