Sajid Albariqi vs Haider Wardi

Boxing Daily Report from the Nashanian Promotions promoted show at Jawad Mahboub Gym, Dammam,  taking place on 31/08/2023:

Clearly Nashanian Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Saudi Arabia-East Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sajid Albariqi (9 - 4 - 3) who hails from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Haider Wardi(7 - 4 - 1) from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  Albariqi weighed in at 154 pounds, while Wardi weighed in at 153 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Waqar Zia, and the three ringside judges are Khalid Abozaid, Tariq Atif and Farhan Mahmoud.
