Juan Magallanes vs Diego Ariza

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Miranda promoted show at Caracas Sambrano, Caracas,  taking place on 02/09/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Venezuela-Miranda Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Magallanes (4 - 5) who hails from Caracas, Venezuela and Diego Ariza(5 - 3 - 2) from Caracas, Venezuela.  Both Magallanes and Ariza weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ximen Guerra, and the three ringside judges are Ignado Frontera, Isidro Vicencio and Jair Puente.

Ariza is looking to close the distance.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Ariza has taken some damage there.  That has caused bad swelling  around the left eye.  
Magallanes pivots to the right of his opponent.  Ariza lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Magallanes throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.

Ariza steps inside.  Ariza lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ariza dabs at his face checking for damage.
