Xaver Pita vs Cris Diaz

Boxing Daily Report from the Siampangila Promotions promoted show at Rico Armenta Gym, Barcelona,  taking place on 17/09/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Spain-Comunidad Valenciana Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xaver Pita (10 - 2 - 2) who hails from Valencia, Spain and Cris Diaz(4 - 4 - 2) from Valencia, Spain.  Pita weighed in at 130 pounds, while Diaz weighed in at 129 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fraco Coria, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Urquidez, Jaguar Bojorquez and Alejandro Artiles.  

Round 1: 

Diaz advances into close range and digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.
