Dillon Assiful vs Farhan Barakat

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Greater Accra promoted show at Accra Zakari, Accra,  taking place on 06/09/2023:

Clearly AI Ghana-Greater Accra have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana-Greater Accra Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dillon Assiful (8 - 3 - 3) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Farhan Barakat(7 - 3 - 4) from Accra, Ghana.  Assiful weighed in at 199 pounds and 15 ounces, while Barakat weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leighton Kwei, and the three ringside judges are Kabonero Gyimah, Sammy Bamfokwakye and Corey Offei.

Assiful closes the distance.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Assiful has taken some damage there.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
