Leighton Thoms vs Elliot Nethery

Boxing Daily Report from the Kalungi Promotions promoted show at Paul Cochrane Gym, Dublin,  taking place on 17/09/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Irish-Munster Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leighton Thoms (9 - 3 - 1) who hails from Cork, Ireland and Elliot Nethery(4 - 6 - 4) from Limerick, Ireland.  Both Thoms and Nethery weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lorcan Curran, and the three ringside judges are Anthony Kelly, Karl Doyle and Sam McCaig.
