Faisal Azimi vs Lugono Kotei

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Gujurat promoted show at Gujurat University Convention Hall, Ahmedabad,  taking place on 13/09/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Commonwealth Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Faisal Azimi (9 - 0 - 1) who hails from Ahmedabad, India and Lugono Kotei(12 - 1 - 1) from Accra, Ghana.  Azimi weighed in at 168 pounds, while Kotei weighed in at 167 pounds And 9 ounces.
