Chevy Mekongo vs Javier Kabirou

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cameroon-Extreme-Nord promoted show at Sennett Cruguet Gym, Maroua,  taking place on 15/09/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cameroon-Extreme-Nord Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chevy Mekongo (6 - 0) who hails from Maroua, Cameroon and Javier Kabirou(9 - 6 - 1) from Maroua, Cameroon.  Mekongo weighed in at 239 pounds And 9 ounces, while Kabirou weighed in at 238 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Tyson Mang, and the three ringside judges are James Courtellemont, Forrest Feydeau and Neville Oliver.
