Dario Corzo vs Xavier Morones

Boxing Daily Report from the Yalley Promotions promoted show at Yalley Gym, Guayaquil,  taking place on 17/09/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador-Guayas Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dario Corzo (8 - 5 - 2) who hails from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Xavier Morones(10(1) - 2 - 1) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Both Corzo and Morones weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dario Ramirez, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Juliana, Joaquin Olmos and Dario Ramirez.  

Round 1: 

Morones drives a left hook into Corzo's ribs.  As Morones tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Corzo dabs at his face checking for damage.
