Nuru Ankomah vs Penda Dewornu

Boxing Daily Report from the Quansah Promotions promoted show at Dom Addo Gym, Accra,  taking place on 19/09/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana-Greater Accra Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nuru Ankomah (10 - 3 - 2) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Penda Dewornu(12(1) - 2) from Accra, Ghana.  Ankomah weighed in at 174 pounds and 5 ounces, while Dewornu weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nabulung Berko, and the three ringside judges are Deion Ayew, Nabulung Akoto and Ben Mayat.  

Round 1:
