Arturo Zurio vs Damiano Alboni

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Apulia promoted show at Mauro Moffa Gym, Bari,  taking place on 22/09/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Italy-Apulia Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Arturo Zurio (7 - 2) who hails from Bari, Italy and Damiano Alboni(4 - 3 - 1) from Bari, Italy.  Both Zurio and Alboni weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mauro Verratti, and the three ringside judges are Dante Alboni, Giuseppe Sposetti and Fino Adamoli.  

Round 1: 

Alboni pivots to the left of his opponent.  Alboni tries to land a jab, but Zurio slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
