Jiro Hata vs Naoki Sakamoto

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kanagawa promoted show at Yokosuka Bando, Yokosuka,  taking place on 22/09/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Kanagawa Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jiro Hata (13 - 0) who hails from Sagamihara, Japan and Naoki Sakamoto(7 - 2 - 2) from Yokohama, Japan.  Hata weighed in at 126 pounds, while Sakamoto weighed in at 125 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Takeo Uchida, and the three ringside judges are Hiroki Nakazawa, Yasushi Iwasaki and Daiki Sasaki.
