Mark Johnston vs Rob McGee

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UK-Central England promoted show at Midland Hotel, Manchester,  taking place on 23/09/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British-Central England Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Johnston (4 - 1 - 2) who hails from Norwich, UK and Rob McGee(8 - 3 - 3) from Liverpool, UK.  Both Johnston and McGee weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hassan Hassan, and the three ringside judges are Colin Bowen, John Magee and Bart McPhee.
