Mardian Tchami vs Villiers Giraudoux

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cameroon-Extreme-Nord promoted show at Sennett Cruguet Gym, Maroua,  taking place on 24/09/2023:

Clearly AI Cameroon-Extreme-Nord have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cameroon-Extreme-Nord Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mardian Tchami (4 - 4 - 6) who hails from Maroua, Cameroon and Villiers Giraudoux(5 - 5 - 4) from Maroua, Cameroon.  Tchami weighed in at 117 pounds And 8 ounces, while Giraudoux weighed in at 117 pounds And 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Marc Jean, and the three ringside judges are Verrill Tabe, Holland Painchaud and Tyson Mang.  

Round 1: 

Giraudoux closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Tchami in the blue corner.  As Tchami tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Giraudoux dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Giraudoux quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Tchami drives a left hook into Giraudoux's ribs.
