Waqas Shaker vs Ho Peh

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Perak promoted show at Waqar Qazi Gym, Ipoh,  taking place on 26/09/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Malaysia Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Waqas Shaker (9 - 1) who hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Ho Peh(11 - 2 - 1) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Both Shaker and Peh weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mohsin Zaki, and the three ringside judges are Zuffur Sylla, Syed Khan and Jawad Shah.  

Round 1: 

Shaker pivots to the side of his opponent.  Peh digs in a left hook to Shaker's liver.
