Sutherland Volden vs Terje Lyng

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Norway-Oslo promoted show at Oslo Almen, Oslo,  taking place on 27/09/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Norway Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sutherland Volden (3 - 5 - 2) who hails from Oslo, Norway and Terje Lyng(6 - 2 - 2) from Oslo, Norway.  Both Volden and Lyng weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Unni Billing, and the three ringside judges are Thurston Horn, Hsin Hetland and Oddvar Walstad.  

Round 1: 

Volden is on target with a cross.  
Lyng walks his opponent down, trapping him in the blue corner.  Lyng hits home with a cross.

Volden steps inside.  Volden lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Volden goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Lyng time to recover.
