Jaguar Buron vs Pedro Laygo

Boxing Daily Report from the Omaboe Promotions promoted show at Rodriguez Gonzalez, Rodriguez,  taking place on 28/09/2023:

Clearly Omaboe Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Philippines-Rizal Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jaguar Buron (6 - 5 - 1) who hails from Taytay, Philippines and Pedro Laygo(10 - 0) from Antipolo, Philippines.  Both Buron and Laygo weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Morin, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Zevallos, Pablo Pomales and Jesus Katipunan.  

Round 1: 

Laygo backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Buron tries to tag Laygo on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!
