Tarlan Ibrahimov vs Fariz Suhrawardy

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Absheron promoted show at Muzaffar Allakhyarov Gym, Baku,  taking place on 01/10/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Azerbaijan Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Tarlan Ibrahimov (11 - 1) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Fariz Suhrawardy(3 - 0 - 1) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Ibrahimov weighed in at 159 pounds and 9 ounces, while Suhrawardy weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Samad Farra, and the three ringside judges are Nasimi Bacho, Alesger Aslanov and Aghasafa Abdurakhmanov.
