Waqar Hosseini vs Raimy Kakooza

Boxing Daily Report from the Hacopyan Promotions promoted show at Kampala Ogoola, Kampala,  taking place on 02/10/2023:

Clearly Hacopyan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uganda-Kampala District Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqar Hosseini (11 - 2) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Raimy Kakooza(2 - 6 - 3) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Hosseini and Kakooza weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tavarius Tebazaalwa, and the three ringside judges are Shontae Batuma, Jay Mwesige and Michael Takuba.
