Ivan Marciel vs Zacarias Alcaraz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Carabobo promoted show at Ntshangase Gym, Valencia,  taking place on 02/10/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Venezuela Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ivan Marciel (13(1) - 2 - 1) who hails from Valencia, Venezuela and Zacarias Alcaraz(11 - 2 - 1) from Valencia, Venezuela.  Both Marciel and Alcaraz weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Felippe Ledo, and the three ringside judges are Jose Jordan, Jose Jordan and Reyes Monico.  

Round 1: 

Alcaraz is looking to close the distance.  Marciel lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.
