Walenty Rak vs Toma Van

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Poland-Masovian promoted show at Hotel Hilton, Warsaw,  taking place on 21/10/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Eastern Europe Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Walenty Rak (13(7) - 0) who hails from Katowice, Poland and Toma Van(11 - 3) from Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine.  Rak weighed in at 175 pounds, while Van weighed in at 174 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Leszek Sroczynski, and the three ringside judges are Alojzy Smolarek, Hainrich Jeska and Julek Szymczyk.  

Round 1: 

Rak advances into close range and is on target with a right hook to Van's body.
