Boxing Daily Report from the AI UK-Northern England promoted show at Irish Centre, Leeds,  taking place on 16/10/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the British-Northern England Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul McKenzie (16 - 0) who hails from Bolton, UK and Dom Ahearne(3 - 4 - 2) from Newcastle, UK.  Both McKenzie and Ahearne weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dominic Sayer, and the three ringside judges are Ian McColloch, Eoin McPhee and Martin MacBeth.
