Joey Dotse vs Mahdi Gyan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Northern Ghana promoted show at Tamale Afenynu, Tamale,  taking place on 21/10/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Ghana-Northern Ghana Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joey Dotse (11 - 0) who hails from Tamale, Ghana and Mahdi Gyan(2 - 11 - 2) from Tamale, Ghana.  Both Dotse and Gyan weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kyan Afrani, and the three ringside judges are Nabulung Berko, Richard Pianim and Naeem Adusei.
