Dave Sobukwe vs Athenkosi Msibi

Boxing Daily Report from the Eghenyan Promotions promoted show at iBhayi Sotyu, iBhayi,  taking place on 24/10/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the South Africa-Gauteng Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Sobukwe (9 - 3) who hails from Roodepoort, South Africa and Athenkosi Msibi(2 - 12 - 2) from Roodepoort, South Africa.  Sobukwe weighed in at 134 pounds and 3 ounces, while Msibi weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hayden Tumuena, and the three ringside judges are Dume Boamponsem, Xhosas Serero and John Thibasu.
