Cuppe Madereel vs Lex Wittebroodt

Boxing Daily Report from the Pianim Promotions promoted show at Antwerp Moerync, Antwerp,  taking place on 15/10/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Belgium-Flanders Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sport10, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cuppe Madereel (12 - 2) who hails from Ghent, Belgium and Lex Wittebroodt(10 - 5) from Ghent, Belgium.  Both Madereel and Wittebroodt weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Polle Van den Broucke, and the three ringside judges are Haas Haenebil, Meus Fournyer and Dion Reynhout.  

Round 1: 

Madereel closes the distance and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.
