Francis Seel vs Page Blondel

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belgium-Wallonia promoted show at La Zone, Liege,  taking place on 15/10/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Belgium-Wallonia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Francis Seel (11 - 4 - 1) who hails from Charleroi, Belgium and Page Blondel(6 - 5 - 3) from Liege, Belgium.  Both Seel and Blondel weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dominique Arletty, and the three ringside judges are Villiers Nicolas, Rance Corneille and Sergeant Batton.
