Gonzalo Placencia vs Alejandro Gago

Boxing Daily Report from the Mwase Promotions promoted show at San Bernardo Blandon, San Bernardo,  taking place on 16/10/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Chile Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UCV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gonzalo Placencia (8 - 4 - 4) who hails from Antofagasta, Chile and Alejandro Gago(12 - 1 - 1) from Santiago, Chile.  Placencia weighed in at 234 pounds And 8 ounces, while Gago weighed in at 237 pounds And 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ulises Cerna, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Pintor, Luis Arquilla and Eduardo Martel.  

Round 1:
