Ciel Ionesco vs Darragh Donovan

Boxing Daily Report from the Mzima Promotions promoted show at James Telfair Gym, Dublin,  taking place on 16/10/2023:

Clearly Mzima Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Celtic Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ciel Ionesco (3 - 4 - 3) who hails from Brest, France and Darragh Donovan(3 - 0) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Ionesco and Donovan weighed in at 153 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Cillian Murphy, and the three ringside judges are Rory Finnegan, Anthony McNeeley and Eoghan Markey.  

Round 1: 

Donovan lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.
