Vegas Guardado vs Macario Olivarez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cuba-Havana promoted show at Onofre Ortiz Gym, Havana,  taking place on 16/10/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cuba-Havana Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vegas Guardado (8 - 4 - 3) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Macario Olivarez(5 - 4 - 5) from Havana, Cuba.  Both Guardado and Olivarez weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Francisco Amaya, and the three ringside judges are Ora Calvin, Reyes Amaro and Jose Tadeo.
