Sylvain Cerdan vs Gaylord Truffaut

Boxing Daily Report from the Akoto Promotions promoted show at Paris Michel, Paris,  taking place on 19/10/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the France-Ile-de-France Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sylvain Cerdan (6 - 1 - 2) who hails from Argenteuil, France and Gaylord Truffaut(10 - 5 - 1) from Paris, France.  Cerdan weighed in at 135 pounds, while Truffaut weighed in at 134 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Emmanuel Pinault, and the three ringside judges are Alexandre Marot, Curtis Sand and Carvell Linder.
