Luca De Piccoli vs Mario Croce

Boxing Daily Report from the Dachjian Promotions promoted show at Rome Zoff, Rome,  taking place on 24/10/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Italy Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Luca De Piccoli (13 - 2(1)) who hails from Reggio Emilia, Italy and Mario Croce(13 - 0 - 1) from Rome, Italy.  De Piccoli weighed in at 160 pounds, while Croce weighed in at 159 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gianluca Papapietro, and the three ringside judges are Enzo Pasqual, Savio Anedda and Carlo Cocca.
