Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Laguna promoted show at San Pedro Bandigas, San Pedro,  taking place on 31/10/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alvino Banlaygas (10 - 0 - 2) who hails from General Santos, Philippines and Gig Sarmiento(13 - 0) from San Pablo, Philippines.  Both Banlaygas and Sarmiento weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cuba Villescas, and the three ringside judges are Darryl Emuslan, Neper Balagtas and Cortez Rosete.
