Ryuu Nakayama vs Kyo Shiraki

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Tokyo promoted show at Tokyo Oshiro, Tokyo,  taking place on 01/11/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Tokyo Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ryuu Nakayama (6 - 7) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Kyo Shiraki(6 - 6 - 3 - 1(NC)) from Tokyo, Japan.  Nakayama weighed in at 199 pounds and 12 ounces, while Shiraki weighed in at 199 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kaede Toyama, and the three ringside judges are Hikaru Mikami, Yasushi Shishido and Hideki Ishibashi.
