Darryl Zaragoza vs Joe Carberry

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Hawaii promoted show at Honolulu Valderrama, Honolulu,  taking place on 02/11/2023:

Clearly AI USA-Hawaii have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Pacific Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Darryl Zaragoza (8(4) - 0) who hails from Rancho Cucamonga, USA and Joe Carberry(12 - 1 - 1) from Honolulu, USA.  Both Zaragoza and Carberry weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jay Ardrey, and the three ringside judges are Jay Ardrey, Tobias Meek and Tobias Meek.  

Round 1: 

Carberry steps to the outside and tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.

Carberry tries to land an overhand left, but Zaragoza sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut.

Zaragoza pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a MASSIVE left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE CARBERRY WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Carberry almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Zaragoza closes the distance.  Zaragoza retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Carberry tries to tag Zaragoza on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!
