Viktor Polyakov vs Andrii Tokar

Boxing Daily Report from the Sakuwaha Promotions promoted show at Dnipropetrovsk Chromy, Dnipropetrovsk,  taking place on 02/11/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ukraine-Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Viktor Polyakov (11(1) - 0 - 1) who hails from Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine and Andrii Tokar(12 - 2 - 1) from Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine.  Polyakov weighed in at 147 pounds, while Tokar weighed in at 146 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bohdan Dzik, and the three ringside judges are Andrii Milkovich, Lazar Zhitnik and Ioakim Motyka.
