Charlie Nyabusha vs Dylan Sterett

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zimbabwe-Bulawayo promoted show at Richie Mangwende Gym, Bulawayo,  taking place on 03/11/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zimbabwe-Bulawayo Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Charlie Nyabusha (2 - 7 - 5) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Dylan Sterett(10 - 3 - 4) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Nyabusha and Sterett weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Nyambuya, and the three ringside judges are Paul Dumbutshena, George Chimutengwende and Chris Colville.  

Round 1: 

Sterett throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Sterett closes the distance.  Sterett pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Sterett digs in a left hook to Nyabusha's liver.  
Sterett pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Sterett steps inside.  Nyabusha is on target with a left hook.  
Nyabusha steps away from his opponent.  Sterett is on target with a cross.  
Sterett gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook.  
Nyabusha quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.

Sterett steps inside and forces Nyabusha to back into a corner.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Nyabusha dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Sterett steps inside and drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.  
Sterett closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.

Nyabusha tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Sterett is looking to close the distance and manages to force Nyabusha onto the ropes.  Sterett lands a right hook.  
Nyabusha steps to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Sterett steps inside and drives a right hook into Nyabusha's ribs.  Sterett tries to land a left hook, but Nyabusha sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.
