Faisal Zawahiri vs Khalid Akhter

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Yemen-Muhafazat al Hudaydah promoted show at Al Hudaydah Haleemi, Al Hudaydah,  taking place on 03/11/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Yemen-Muhafazat al Hudaydah Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Yemen TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Faisal Zawahiri (7 - 5 - 1) who hails from Al Hudaydah, Yemen and Khalid Akhter(10 - 4) from Al Hudaydah, Yemen.  Zawahiri weighed in at 159 pounds and 12 ounces, while Akhter weighed in at 159 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Amer Tahir, and the three ringside judges are Zafa Aziz, Bilal Hai and Zafa Aziz.
